THE FLOW

From sources to your next step.

Each event passes through the same six steps before it reaches you.

01SourcesEvents from official and authoritative sources worldwide: natural hazards, security incidents, infrastructure disruptions and cyber events.
02UnderstandingEach report is read for what happened, where, when and what it affects, and how it relates to other events.
03Corroboration and confidenceIndependent sources are compared. Each event carries its severity, corroboration status and confidence, and unconfirmed reports are labelled.
04Relevance to youOnly what touches your places, trips, devices and software, or your organization's sites, with the reason it matched.
05Hey KAIAAsk by voice or text what it means for you. Answers cite their evidence and are checked against it first.
06Your next stepA suggested next step, and the decision stays with you. Agents act only with your authorization.

IN DETAIL

What happens at each step.

01

Tell KAIA-OR what matters

You add the places, trips, software, sites and topics you care about. An organization adds its sites and suppliers to its shared picture.

Your personal places stay on your device.

02

Official and authoritative sources

KAIA-OR reads events worldwide from official and authoritative sources: natural hazards, security incidents, infrastructure and transport disruptions, and cyber events such as newly exploited vulnerabilities and major breaches.

Each item keeps its original text, its publication and collection times and a link to where it was published.

03

Understanding

KAIA-OR models how places, organizations, software, suppliers and events relate, and reasons over that model to work out what an event affects and how a situation relates, unfolds and changes, so KAIA-OR can explain a match instead of only flagging it.

04

Corroboration and confidence

Reports of the same event are grouped and compared across independent sources. Each event shows its category, severity, place, time window, corroboration status and confidence, and unconfirmed reports are labelled as such. Corroboration status shows how far independent sources agree, and you can open any item to see its original text and where it was published.

05

Relevance to you

Matching decides what you see: only the events that touch your places, trips, devices and software, or your organization's sites and suppliers, each with the reason it matched. Each person in a family or team gets their own.

Personal matching runs on your device.

06

Hey KAIA, by voice or text

Ask what an event, a message or a change in a travel advisory means for you, in English, French, Turkish or Hebrew. Answers are worked out on your device first, cite their evidence and are checked against it before you see them.

On hazards, Hey KAIA relays the publisher's own guidance and never writes its own safety instructions.

Nothing goes to a cloud AI service unless you agree first.

07

Your next step

For a message or a link, a suggested next step, such as confirming through a channel you already trust. For an event, the publisher's own guidance. Agents act only within the limits you set and with your authorization, and model output grants no authority.

03 / 03

HONEST SCOPE

When the evidence is thin, KAIA-OR says so.

01

Uncertain evidence stays uncertain

Missing or uncertain evidence never counts as a match or as safety, and a check that can't tell says so.

02

Guidance from the publisher

On hazards, KAIA-OR relays the publisher's own guidance and links to it.

03

Coverage differs by country and hazard

What KAIA-OR can show depends on what official and authoritative sources publish for each country and kind of event. Each item shows its source and when it was published and collected, so you can see where coverage is thin, and reports that cannot be corroborated are labelled as unconfirmed.
