A family has two roles, Owner and Member, designed for households.

Every adult uses KAIA-OR for themselves: official hazard information for their country, Around me, travel advice and message checks.

Scam checks in their language

The message check recognizes warning signs in all four interface languages, and each person uses KAIA-OR in their own language, including one with a right-to-left layout.

Invitations you control

The Owner invites an adult who already has a KAIA-OR account with a one-time invitation that works only for that account, is shown once and expires after 24 hours. The Owner passes it on through a channel they trust, can revoke pending invitations, and can remove members.

Each person's saved places

Every adult saves their own home, workplace and travel places and sees their own matches and notices.

Each person's places stay on their own device.

The Owner signs in with an e-mail address, a password and two-step verification with an authenticator app, and creates a family space.

A parent who already has a KAIA-OR account finds their account ID and sends it to the Owner.

The Owner creates the invitation and reads the one-time invitation to the parent by phone. The parent accepts it before it expires.

The parent switches the interface to Turkish. The Owner's view lists the parent as a Member.

When a Turkish-language message asks the parent to settle an overdue fee through a link, the message check lists the demand for money and the link address.

KAIA-OR checks only the text or the link you choose to paste.

Saved-place coordinates stay on your device, encrypted with a passphrase that you set and that stays on your device.

Around me uses your position only after you start it, keeps it on your device, and clears it when you stop.

Messages and links you check stay in memory on your device and are cleared when you close the check.

Device notifications are discreet by design and leave out the place and the event.

Every person's messages, devices, location and saved places stay their own, in every family and organization they belong to.
